It all started with a…
I grew up as a competitive figure skater and classical ballet dancer. During my career in skating and dancing, I suffered multiple injuries and spent many hours rehabbing my body, which introduced me to the fitness industry. I immediately fell in love with weight training and soon after, took my training to the next level with competitive bodybuilding.
Why Me?
I am a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy with a passion for health and wellness. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist since 2013 and have been ranked a nationally qualified figure bodybuilding competitor since 2014. I have worked through school as a physical therapy rehabilitation tech for Crystal Lake Orthopedics and McHenry County Orthopedics for the past 7 years alongside physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons.
With my business as CF Therapeutics and Bodywork growing, my focus is geared towards orthopedic techniques and corrective exercise, with specializations in deep tissue therapy and sports massage. My plan is to continue schooling of massage therapy to build an improved foundation for my business and the care of my clients. Educating my clients and helping them heal from injuries has always been my main objective for treating everyone I see.
